In a new power distribution project at a large industrial plant in Huizhou, Guangdong, Yanghua Kechuang's flexible busbar product TMRYY-1250A was successfully deployed for power transmission between the outlet section of the low-voltage cabinet and the workshop power cabinet, using bridge-based laying. The plant features dense equipment layouts and high load demand. Previously, safety accidents occurred when traditional power distribution solutions were in use, causing substantial losses. Yanghua's flexible busbar offers large carrying capacity within a compact overall volume, with no intermediate joints throughout the entire run. This design significantly reduces failure risk and markedly improves the safety and reliability of the power distribution system. As a result, the flexible busbar solution has become a default configuration for many large-scale customers.

Project Background & Challenges

The plant's densely packed equipment and high load demand had previously led to safety accidents with traditional power distribution solutions, causing significant operational and financial losses for the facility.

  • Dense equipment layout created severe space constraints for power distribution routing
  • High load demand exceeded the safe operating margins of the previous traditional solution
  • Past safety accidents with conventional power distribution caused substantial facility losses
  • Multiple joint points in the legacy system introduced cumulative failure risks

Solution

Yanghua deployed the TMRYY-1250A flexible busbar system featuring large carrying capacity, compact volume, and a continuous run with zero intermediate joints, fundamentally improving power distribution safety and reliability for the entire facility.

  • Deployed TMRYY-1250A flexible busbar rated at 1250A, matching the plant's high-demand power requirements
  • Continuous conductor run without any intermediate joints eliminates failure-prone connection points
  • Compact overall volume enables routing through equipment-dense areas without spatial conflicts
  • Bridge-based laying method combined with flexible busbar ensures secure, organized cable management
