Zhanjiang Real Estate Development Power Distribution Project
Confidential
This project is a new real estate development located in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. The power distribution system required reliable interconnection between transformers and low-voltage switchgear across multiple building zones. Faced with constrained installation pathways and the need for efficient on-site assembly, the project team selected Yanghua's 1600A and 2500A universal flexible busbars. The compact form factor eliminated the need for extensive prefabrication and multiple conductor joints. With exceptional flexibility, the busbars could be easily bent within the specified bending radius to navigate around structural obstacles, significantly reducing installation time and labor while delivering substantial cost savings for the property developer.
Project Background & Challenges
The real estate project required a high-current power distribution system across multiple building zones within constrained installation spaces, where conventional rigid busbar trunking would require extensive prefabrication, numerous joints, and complex turning adapters, leading to high material and labor costs.
- Limited installation space across multi-zone building layouts requiring compact conductor routing
- High number of turns and structural obstacles making rigid busbar trunking impractical
- Need to minimize on-site assembly time and prefabrication to control project costs
- Requirement for high current capacity (1600A-2500A) without multiple parallel conductor joints
Solution
Yanghua supplied 1600A and 2500A universal flexible busbars that eliminated the need for multiple conductor joints and turning adapters. The compact, highly flexible design allowed direct bending within the bending radius to navigate structural obstacles, enabling rapid on-site installation with minimal assembly requirements.
- Deployed 1600A and 2500A universal flexible busbars with single-conductor high current capacity eliminating parallel joints
- Compact busbar form factor requiring significantly less space than conventional busbar trunking systems
- High flexibility allowing direct bending within rated bending radius to navigate structural obstacles without adapters
- Simplified on-site installation with minimal assembly, reducing construction time and labor costs
