This renovation project is located in an aging power distribution system within an industrial factory's computer room in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. The renovation demanded high current carrying capacity within severely constrained installation spaces featuring numerous directional turns. The original multi-splicing rigid busbar plan required a large number of joints and was both bulky and difficult to install. Yanghua's solution utilized 630A and 1000A universal flexible busbars in a double-assembly configuration to achieve the required 2000A capacity. The compact form factor eliminated the need for extensive multi-conductor assembly, while the high flexibility allowed easy bending through all turns within the specified bending radius. This approach delivered significant savings in installation time, labor, and space while maintaining full electrical performance.
