This large-scale industrial expansion project for a new energy company in Shenzhen encompassed three distinct power distribution scenarios, each solved with Yanghua flexible busbars. In Scenario 1, the customer needed to upgrade capacity to 8000A within limited construction space and a short timeline. Six 1600A flexible busbars were deployed in trenches, providing compact form factor, easy construction, and excellent heat dissipation. In Scenario 2, a 2000A-rated link was required from the low-voltage cabinet to an active filter cabinet, with installation routed through narrow bottom trenches. Dual 1000A flexible busbars with IP68 rating were selected, offering small size and high flexibility suitable for both indoor and outdoor trench environments. In Scenario 3, a single 1600A flexible busbar was used to connect the low-voltage cabinet to a second-floor power box over a long path with multiple directional turns. The single-conductor, joint-free design handled the full span without requiring additional connectors, demonstrating the product's capability for long-distance, multi-bend routing.

Yanghua configured three distinct flexible busbar solutions: 6x1600A in trenches for the 8000A upgrade with superior heat dissipation, 2x1000A IP68-rated busbars for indoor/outdoor trench routing, and a single 1600A busbar achieving joint-free long-distance multi-bend installation to the second floor.
