This project is a distributed photovoltaic installation on a factory rooftop in Dongguan. Due to limited construction space and the high cost and extended timeline associated with traditional solutions requiring numerous joint accessories, the customer selected Yanghua's 1250A and 630A high-current flexible busbars. The busbars were installed from the isolation switch in the photovoltaic grid-connected cabinet to the low-voltage busbar in the power room. The flexible busbar product features minimal accessories, supports long-distance continuous laying without intermediate joints, and offers a compact profile that is easy to route. No pre-design was required; the busbar could be cut and spliced on site according to actual conditions, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing overall project costs.

The construction space was tightly constrained, and the conventional cabling approach demanded a large number of joint accessories, driving up material costs and extending the construction timeline.

Yanghua deployed 1250A and 630A high-current flexible busbars in a point-to-point integrated laying configuration, enabling long-distance runs without intermediate joints and allowing on-site cutting and splicing to adapt to actual installation conditions.
