The Foshan Shishi New Energy Photovoltaic Project was completed and accepted for power in February 2024. Yanghua Kechuang's 1600A high-current flexible busbar was deployed at the access section of the photovoltaic power generation system. At three outdoor turn points along the cable route, the flexible busbar achieved direct bending without the need for additional joint boxes or elbow connectors. The point-to-point connection and integrated product laying method reduced the number of joints required, significantly improving the safety and stability of system power supply while reducing both material and construction costs, achieving an overall cost reduction of 10%. The Datang Town Industrial Park leverages abundant factory rooftop space for distributed photovoltaic construction, contributing to a park-wide PV promotion rate of 42% with 139,711 kWp installed capacity.

The outdoor cable route featured three sharp turns that would normally require joint boxes or elbow connectors, increasing cost and introducing potential failure points. The project required a solution that could navigate turns without joints while maintaining high current capacity.
