The Shanghai All-Day Charging charging station project was successfully completed in November 2023. This project deployed Yanghua Kechuang's 800A flexible busbar products to supply power to the charging pile facilities. The high-current flexible busbar products feature a compact structure, high power transmission efficiency, excellent reliability, and high safety. The busbars also offer easy laying and connection advantages. Notably, the project is situated in an outdoor square environment, and the flexible busbar products with enhanced protection ratings proved well-suited to outdoor conditions, effectively maintaining stable power supply functionality despite exposure to weather elements. The solution contributed to addressing the growing demand for reliable charging infrastructure as the vehicle-to-pile ratio in China reached 2.4:1.
